Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

1. Studio Reservation & Access

By scheduling studio hours at stymklax (455 King St W, Suite 300, Toronto, ON M5V 1K4), clients agree to adhere to these terms. Studio slots begin and conclude at the booked hours. Setup, room orientation, and file transfer time occur within the reserved block.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

The client retains 100% full, unrestricted ownership of all audio recordings, video files, intellectual property, and interview content created during their studio reservation. stymklax asserts zero copyright claim over any recording produced in our facility.

3. Rates and Invoicing

Baseline recording slots start at 190 EUR per session (or equivalent CAD invoicing as specified in client booking confirmation). Additional production, live multi-camera capture, and extensive audio mastering are billed in accordance with mutually agreed project proposals.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted without financial penalty when communicated in writing at least 48 hours prior to the session start time. Cancellations received inside 48 hours are subject to a 50% reservation hold fee to compensate scheduled engineering staff.

5. Equipment Safety & Conduct

Clients and invited guests are expected to exercise normal professional care with studio equipment. Any damage caused by intentional negligence or violation of facility guidelines will be assessed at repair or replacement value.
